Catton Grovers it`s sunflower time... lets get behind this, and make our sunflowers and display them in our windows.
You never know, you might be one of the lucky ones to get a packet of seeds through your letterbox!
From Norfolk Constabulary
As the country faces unprecedented challenges and millions of people are asked to stay at home to help protect the NHS and save lives, Norfolk's emergency services and partner agencies are looking to spread a little positivity and happiness.
To compliment the NHS rainbow campaign and to demonstrate how the blue light services and other agencies are working together, we're encouraging our communities to display sunflowers in their windows. These can be drawn, painted, knitted, or created in any other way.
When our officers, out and about on patrol, see your sunflower displays, they'll post a packet of sunflower seeds through your door. Homeowners can then plant these and watch them grow over the coming weeks and months - with a beautiful sunflower to look forward to at the end.
Don't forget to grow your support by sharing your sunflower creations with us on social media @norfolkpolice
